Formerly SWEAT@estellearcher, TheReset is a monthly wellness accountability program designed to help you build strength, consistency + confidence - from the inside out.
While Estelle once focused on high-energy dance fitness classes, TheReset takes a more holistic approach to movement, mindset + self-discipline. This is your opportunity to reset your habits, recommit to your health + stay on track with the support of a healthy community.
What’s included each month:
1 Weekly Group Coaching Session for mindset shifts, check-ins + encouragement.
On-Demand dance fitness access to previous classes.
Weekly Food + Workout Logs provided that you will submit every Saturday to receive your $10 refund*.
$10 Refund at the end of the month if you turn in all of your logs - rewarding you for showing up for yourself.

Accountability Guidelines for TheReset
To stay consistent + earn your $10 cashback by the 3rd of the following month, here’s what you’ll need to turn in each Saturday by midnight.
Workout Log
Submit a completed workout log that you completed on your own.
LOG PDF PROVIDED upon registration
Food Log
Each meal + snack (brief description, no caloric information needed).
Water intake
LOG PDF PROVIDED upon registration
Submission deadlines
Logs are due every Saturday by 11:59pm est
You can submit via email (photo from phone if on paper)
Set a reminder so you don’t miss the deadline.
Refund Eligibility
To receive your $10 back by the 3rd of the following month.
You must complete every week of logs + turn them in on time.
Late or incomplete submissions will disqualify you.
